The rebirth of my blog.

It has been quite some time since I have posted anything.  Mostly this is because I was finding myself having to censor what I was writing fairly often.  Then came the job change...  It has been a huge time vacuum, leaving only enough time for family and work.  Unfortunately, this also means my desire to chug out a blog was going unfulfilled.  Not any more.

We are generating so much interest in our new products that I think I would be remiss if I didn't blog.

I want to thank my new company for allowing me the latitude and time to get back on the horse.  So here is a shameless plug.

I will probably be posting the first new post later today or tomorrow morning.  I feel better already.

Is there such thing as social overload?

I am sitting at my desk working on a training session to teach people about the merits of private cloud.  It's not too late at night here on the west coast. So there are still some tweets, Google+, Facebook and LinkedIn updates coming in.  I also have a couple email accounts I try fruitlessly to stay on top of.  Add to that the couple of industry news blog posts I am reading and my browser tabs have become nearly unmanageable.  Check in after the jump to see what the bar looks like.

ASUS tablet update

After using my eee pad Transformer for the last couple of months, and for a few weeks with the keyboard attached, I can honestly say... I think this is the future of client access.  I have used this thing over 3G, 4G, WiFi from hotels, airports, coffee houses, etc...  The Wyse PocketCloud application is awesome.  I was longing for an official VMware View client for Android like the iPad has but the $15 for the Wyse app makes me forget all about the native client.
